I am taking care of my daughter on my own as my hu*****and is living in another city now. I understand that you are leading a stressful life expecially the baby is so young and all relys on you. However why not just think your wife isn't home and you are simply on your own? will that make you feel better? Once baby gets older, your burden will be lighter and your wife will grow up with baby. All the moms or parents grow up with their kids along the way. Ask youself if it worth a try? It is hard to say next marriage will be better. We are learning how to love in marriage and nurish our love in marriage. If you see no way to get out, then don't keep marriage just for kids. It won't work.
