有谁碰到过这种情况？

以前的公司被人告专利侵权， 相关产品是我以前开发的的。 现在旧公司想请我做他们那个技术产品的 Legal Representation, 还有 Take the disposition of the technology. They said this is an offer。

公司Counsel留的言，还没谈。 请问有经验的人士这是个什么东东？
