请教老猫！

前几天从网上买了一台lenovo笔记本电脑，收到后，在安装系统的时候，发现系统有问题，更本无法运行。然后给他们打电话，第二天，就给寄回去了。可是他们要15%的restocking fee。我觉得这有点不讲道理了，是他们的电有问题，不是我的原因。为什么要收我钱？给他们的经理电话，他们说，只要你打开包装，就要收费，这是公司的政策！！！

我觉得简直被骗了！找他们理论也没用，不知道怎么办了！请教各位给支个招！谢谢！！！
