逮捕记录的疑问

我是一个有逮捕记录的人, 现居住ＬＡ，05年在NY购物时稀里糊涂有一样商品没配钱,被当成小偷抓了,见法官后,案子dismiss,04年递交485到NEBRASKA SERVICE CENTER, 07年３月要求解释逮捕经过,同月寄出所有文件及证据,9月初485被Transfer到USCIS-NBC PO BOX 648005.Lee's Summit．
求问大家，我有了这个逮捕记录绿卡还会批吗？是否找工作会有麻烦（有好多工作要做背景调查，也一直不敢申请这样的工作）？
因为这个逮捕记录，几年来一直活在精神底谷，真诚期待你的帮助，谢谢！
