In the air ticket, they had the term. If the delay is not their fault, they don't pay anything. However, you can appeal to them, they will give you some gift for the lost.

这在任何国家都是一样的。中国人有时做的太过了。一旦有飞机晚点或取消就闹事。我相信在美国，如你敢闹事，你肯定就在监狱里度过那个晚上了。所以，中国机场太nice.
