I had planed to complain about him if he keep harassing me. But he menaced us that he would withdraw my 140. I don't know if he has right to do that. Since we have put a lot time and effort on this application. We don't want our application to be ruined by this lawyer.

BTW, his name is not Fan. Sorry, I can not speak out his name.
