我小孩的伤

小孩5岁, 在community center summer camp 时在厕所滑倒,头撞到洗手台边缘上,有1.5 CM长的口子. 我去接他时才发现,送急诊,医生没缝针.现在头上留下一条伤疤, 医生说多年以后会消失.
我看到洗手台边缘相当尖.
我该告谁? 这个summer camp是CITY办的.
该不该告?
