可以退掉已经接受的工作offer吗

最近在换工作，我已经接受了一家新公司的offer，可是现在有另一家更好的也答应给我offer，我想问一下如果退掉已经接受的offer是不是有什么法律后果之类大的阿。我自己觉得已经为他们工作了都可以随时辞职，推掉offer应该也是可以的吧。想听听大家的意见Thanks a lot!
