The U.S. Department of Homeland Security is increasing its fees for Application / Petitions, as of April 30, 2004.

H-1B petition: from $130 to $185
H-4 for dependents of H-1B: from $140 to $195
Application for employment authorization (EAD): from $120 to $175

Also, all money orders or cashier checks should be made payable to: U.S. Department of Homeland Security.
