根据国际刑警组织的网站, Robert Lee Rothey is a fugitive and the Houston police issued an arrest warrant.

Here are his pictures at the interpol site.





Mr. Rothey is famous in China these days for his efforts to clean up the city streets and was featured on CCTV on 8-1-2007.
