The only possiblity is a neogotiation between that company and the head hunter. If that company really wouldlike to hire you but would not like to pay the head hunter, they can push the head hunter to give up their right. If there is no deal, you will not get that job, and the company will never do business with that head hiunter at all. In most of cases, the head hunter will give up. The key is that the company really would like to hire you, they may use it as an excuse not hiring you.
