After 9/11, terrorist related activities may lead to lose of citizenship (or permanent prison). Think about it, U.S. doesn't recognize dual citizenship w.r.t. a lot of countries, a person becomes
citizen by giving up other country's citizenship. If U.S.
could strip citizenship so easily, what about constitution?
Furthermore except in very limited situation when explicitly stated, constitution, therefore the laws, doesn't treat naturalized or born citizens differently.
