请教老猫，我能上法庭马？

老猫，I followed a truck on a left turn when the turn light was green. But the truck was very slow so the camera caught me and I got a letter for red light violation from the Police Department. There are three pictures there and truck was clearly there. Could I go to the court? How big the possibility for me to win? I don't understand that they still sent me the notice after they saw the truck.
