收到贷款银行诉状，要FORECLOSURE我的房子。怎么办？

1）收到贷款银行诉状，要FORECLOSURE我的房子。怎么办？如果请律师跟银行律师谈，要求延期让我自己把房子卖了，有什么条件吗？

2）我有一朋友，她也没按时付款，今天她打电话过去，已经转到银行COLLECTION部门。她还能补付吗。要交律师费吗。
