紧急求助KY懂法律的朋友!!!

来美国一年, 05/26/2007,$4178买了a used car, 1997 Honda Civic ,125800 miles.才开了一个月,07/06/2007车坏了, 被告之是发动机坏了, Firestone 要$4000 fix it! 买车时听信了dealer 的话(心里真是后悔), 没买guarantee.我找dealer 要求refund, or replacement, 他都不同意, he said I need to pay $600-$950 to fix it, otherwise, I should take the car away!! 感觉是一个陷阱, 自己完全受骗上当了!!!在异国他乡举目无亲, 做postdoctor research， 老板很push, I have no time to deal with such thing.So I have to agree to fix it yesterday, but now nothing heared from the dealer.In fact, I still want refund or replacement, what can I do now?
我听说有Lemon Law 保护没有guarantee的情况!我在KY, 紧急求助KY懂法律的朋友帮忙, 谢谢!! 谢谢！！
