please help!! urgent

我和先生分居两地： 我在美国， 他在中国。 现正在美国办理协议离婚。 谁能告诉我国内那里可以办理离婚协议书公证？ 需要那些文件？

先生去询问了原来办理出生公正的法路所， 他们说需要美国这边法院的文件。可是 是什么文件？法院还没有裁决呢。is it Writ of Summon?
