真是急死了。 给了Offer后, seller 迟迟不给回富，Closing date

马上就到了，当初给了5个星期，现在只有两个星期left. What should we do? Can we get out of the deal? Can we get our deposit back? Thanks a lot. Also, we did inspection, the repairation is almost the amount we put on the offer. What can be the worst situation? Pls, any suggetion is highly appreciated. Thanks
