Generally, hu*****and and wife would leave all properties to each other in case she/he dies. The survived spouse will then leave everything to the children in equal shares.

It seems you have a family of a hu*****and a a wife each with two children from previous marriages. In this situation, I think it is fair for the hu*****and and the wife to leave all his or her money to their own children from previous marriages.
