航空公司取消航班,可以要求赔偿吗?

几个月前通过网上代理预定的机票，临行前不到24小时才从航空公司收到通知取消航班，要我搭乘第二天另一家公司的航班。

可以要求赔偿吗？因为如果顾客改变或取消行程是要额外付费的。

打电话没人接，发email没有回复，请问各位有什么办法吗？多谢！
