继续问：怎样从F2转J1？

We cannot do a change of status from F1 or F2 to J1, but if the person is
otherwise eligible for J-1 status we could prepare documents for him/her to
take outside the U.S. to apply for the J-1 visa and re-enter in J-1 status.

对方来信中提到了转的方法，就我理解，申请人要在美国之外申请才行。但是具体操作是什么样的，我还是不太清楚？我现在在美国，该怎么做呢？

有哪位知道些的给点idea啊！
