我当然愿意申请H1－B， 但是对方是FDA，根本不考虑H1－B。

再问：我在美国，具体该怎么操作？是拿到对方提供的文件后到加拿大或者是墨西哥签证，还是怎样的？

对这个一无所知，在网上也没查到相关的信息，麻烦告知一二。俺真的很感激。
