Don't know which state you are in. In NJ, curtains and even window treatments, refrig, washer and dryers are not included in the property, meaning the seller can take them away unless it's indicated in the contact otherwise. If your state has similiar law, it might be legal for the seller to take the curtains and satellite dish. I Don't know about the garden.
