问个credit card 的问题

上上星期在meijer 申请信用卡,前天收到封信, 说是不能证明我的residence, 明明是驾照都让他们复印了, 我不知道为什么会这样. 我需要和credit card report company联系,告诉他们我是合法住在当地的吗? 谢谢
