请教老猫，这会是重婚罪吗？

我和ex在中国结婚，3年前，我们在美国离婚。　因为我们都没回国，也就没办在中国办离婚手续，请问我现在可以在美国结婚吗？　会犯重婚罪吗？　谢谢
