Immediately after you finished all the steps, you should be informed that you've done and you'd better print a copy of the e-file generated 1040(or other forms).
It also depends whether you've provided a 5 digital PIN as your signature or not. If not, you'll soon receive a 8*** form online from that comany. Just download it, sign and send it to IRS. Then you are all set.
I think you should contact the e-file service company.
