请支招--140/485获准，但正惨遭layoff,怎么办？

周五在网上查到labor certificate 已经approved，（但公司的律师还没收到通知）。 同时，公司已通知我要在6月29日被layoff,怎么才能继续拿到labor certificate? 冤啊，我。
