请教單身老貓:
I imported a car to Canada from the USA and go through the procedure till the last step. A lady of the DMV in Ontario rejects the registration because of the words on the remark of the title/US "do not register, for junk only by ABC...NY".
The vehicle has passed its inspection tests in Canada and absolutely complies with Ontario's safety regulations because it got the Safety Standards Certificate(SSC). Furthermore, the vehicle has not a classification equivalent to irreparable or salvage. The key words on the title are "do not register" in the US, but no limitation to export based on the agreement between the US and China. This phrase was not to be construed, confirm, or warrant the mechanical ability with respects to the vehicle. She wants to classify the vehicle as Irreparable without proper reason.
Please advise how to beat the lady in DMV of MTO? sue her to court or ???
THanks
