Interesting.

This is the same as asking "what will happen if I steal something without being caught?" the answer is "what definetely will happen if caught." Nobody can tell you if you will be caught or not.

If found out, she will be charged with criminal offense, her green card will be stripped.
for her ex-hubby, any green card obtained illegally will be revoked.
