求教:EBAY上买车

最近在EBAY上买了一辆车。可是刚刚BID完了发现价格太
贵了。当时没有考虑SHIPPING的费用(新手的教训)。不幸
的是最后还成交了。和SELLER联系问可不可以RETRACT。
他说不可以。一定要叫我买。还说要联系EBAY的律师。

大家看看我是不是一定要买啊？谢谢
