怎样才能拿回赎金

上次老猫先生 给出的主意挺好。找律师要求地区法官不予起诉 "我的2级非法进入"， 可是保释公司拖时间不给返还赎金，老猫先生我该怎麽办。给他打电话，他说我的英语不好， 无法交流，还说脏话。其实他的英语是非籍美语，故意说不清。故意不返还。5月10日我的案子了结了当日律师fax通知他的，他说没问题一周返还。应该是寄支票吧。可是当时他给的收据上没有我的具体地址。怎样返还。谢谢。
