Interstate highway 超速，警察让出庭，会不会坐牢？

高速上超速，警车跟了一段时间，由于没有经验，不知道警车是在跟自己的车，过了一段时间才停下来。那个警察有点不高兴，直接让上法庭。请问会不会坐牢？还是罚钱？
