不可expunge逮捕记录 afer dismiss

I have an arrest record, but the charge is already dismissed through pretrial intervention.

I am in Georgia.


I went to expunge my arrest record, the police station told me they can not expunge because it is not in the original negotiated documents.

My attorney is not that good, and did not negotiate expungement at the beginning, even that is my first offense.

So please tell me what options are there for me?

Can I still expunge my arrest record?
