Thanks so much for the replies. I didn't know that it's a federal offense. I just thought that I might get a warning letter from the HOA. People in this forum are so helpful. I really appreciate the help that I got from here.

One more thing I need clarification .... is it ok that I insert the flyers in the door handles? Is this considered as soliciting?
