speeding ticket

I had a speeding ticket in Savannah in Georgia. my speed is 63 on 45 mile limited road. actually i did not realized that because i felt my drive about 55-58. and also it is a down slope after a big bridge. I called the office and they said the fine is $179, but they did not know how much of the points reduction.i want to go to court but i live in Atlanta. I did not how much of the points? what is the best way that i can do for it?
