我1月被traffic camera 抓到，说是我红灯右拐没有fully stop。我不甘心付361刀，就要求trial,上个星期去trial,警察来了，还带了一个city 律师。
Judger agrued with cop and lawyer regarding who should be contacted at the first place:＂ｒｅｇｉｓｔｅｒｒｅｄ　ｏｗｎｅｒ　ｏｆ　ｖeiｃｈｅｌｅ＂ｏｒ　ｍｅ？　So NOT EVEN START MY CASE. Then they decide to postpone it for further research. Also, judger wants me to do research too. 可是我上哪去research？ 在哪能找到traffice law & traffic case?
