Shu wenmiao case辩论

On 28th March, a sociological article by Dr Yi Li was posted on our forum by one of our members.

所述不实。转发文章的不是one of our members，而是牛剑论坛学术版的唯一版主。

Dr Li himself soon came to our forum and asked for comments. Indeed some of the members on the forum gave comments, including some polite and reasonable ones pointing out Major flaws of the founding and logic of the
article. However, this didn't went well with Dr Li. Instead of sorting out the academic problems, he claimed he was right and accused us for attacking him.

所述不实。牛剑学者先骂人，恶意攻击、恶意诽谤李毅。根据牛剑论坛坛规规定，违反坛规第三、第四款的恶意攻击、恶意诽谤，网管应该根据第七、第八款立即珊去。shu wenxiao 从头到尾，始终在场，但对这些恶意攻击、恶意诽谤，就是不删。到现在都坚持不删。

Since then Dr Li had been verbally abusing most of the members on the forum for no reason, making everyone angry.

In contrast, Dr. Li started swearing words, and soon upgraded to severe swearing, expressing his will to have sexual relationship with the subjects' senior relatives. Then he started to verbally abuse the subjects' mothers, using disgusting words to describe them and making stories involving sexual acts. It's much much more than just the F word.

所述不实。李毅在被恶意攻击、恶意诽谤之后，数次要求网管人员介入。牛剑学术论坛网管人员置违反坛规规定，至今拒绝删除这些恶意攻击、恶意诽谤。在这种情况下，李毅被迫正当防卫、自卫还击。一切法律责任由牛剑学者、牛剑学术论坛网管人员承担。

However, as head administrator of the forum, Dr. Wenmiao Shu had remained quite calm throughout, and had been asking Dr Li to stop his unpleasant words. Dr. Shu had remained fair all the time. He has in no way harmed anyone, explicitly or implicitly. A large number of people have witnessed this.

In the end, Dr. Shu, and a few other administrators of the forum deleted some verbally abusing/repetitive posts by Dr Li to stop the argument between him and the members of the forum. This is the right action to take in view of the management of the forum. Our members stopped arguing soon after, Shu even phoned America to comfort Dr Li and calm him down, also clarifying Dr Li's comments about Shu directing everyone to attack him (which is totally imaginary). Dr. Li Yi then made a public apology on the forum claiming Dr. Shu did not participate or behind any attack towards him. However, after being normal for a few days, Dr Li resumed his path, and it seems he wanted to cause Shu more trouble offline and online. We must say that the actions of Dr. Shu are very appropriate in this kind of daily management of forum. It is legal, rational and appropriate.

所述不实。Shu wenmiao 作为head administrator of the forum，从头到尾，都在事件发生的现场，对整个事件负有全部法律责任。第一，牛剑学者恶意攻击、恶意诽谤李毅，芝加哥犯罪分子恶意攻击、恶意诽谤李毅，违反坛规第三款、第四款，根据坛规第七款、第八款，Shu wenmiao应该立即删除。Shu wenmiao作为head administrator of the forum，始终在场，始终对此默认，不但当时不删除，到现在都不删除。这是违法行为。第二，部分网管人员参与、鼓励恶意攻击、恶意诽谤李毅。Shu wenmiao作为head administrator of the forum至今对此默认。这是违法行为。第三，恶意攻击诽谤李毅的几个人，除了那个芝加哥的犯罪分子之外，都是Shu wenmiao私人的好朋友，作为head administrator of the forum，至今拒绝删除对李毅的恶意攻击、恶意诽谤。这是违法行为。

所谓的Oxbridge Forum和Oxbridge China Association，找不到一个有真实姓名和真实地址的负责人。此案发生后，也没有一个有真实姓名和真实地址的人愿意对此案负责。Shu wenmiao是目前唯一能够找到的对此案负责的有真名实姓、真实地址的人，但他本人居然与数日前虚伪地表示，他已与此案无关。一边说与本人无关，一边又被这里背着李毅，散发这个对案情的歪曲描述。这是违法行为。

李毅公开案情，悉光明正大的合法行为。
