老貓的了解是您可以動用401K您所貢獻的部份做為購置您第一棟房屋的頭期款，但是加上稅金與利率，如果您能用10-10-80的方式來處理可能會比較好一些，個人覺得是不值得動用401K做為購買房屋的資金。
