现在开IRA帐户可以用来报税么?

刚刚发现, If I contributed to an IRA account in 2003, that amount could be saved from tax. Can I open an account now before 4-15-04, and still apply that to the "Retirement savings contriutions credit" for 2003 return? (line 48 of 1040)
