car accident need help!!!

对方全责，对方保险公司愿意赔偿一切车的损失，并给我$1000一次性个人赔偿，以后就无关了。我已经怀孕三个月，事故以后胳膊和腰都痛，现在还在做therepy.我想问大家，一般这样情况保险公司会给多少个人赔偿？1000是不是太少了，这种情况有必要找律师吗？
