F1税表的问题，帮帮我好吗？

去年我不小心把手弄伤了，看病花了很多钱，请问可以申报退税吗？是什么表啊？另外我收到一个通知说我去年多交了税，今年可不可以要回来啊！是不是要填一个1040X的表！？ 我在填1040NR的表，可是很多东西都不知道往哪里填，谢谢大家帮忙！鞠躬！
