外州超速ticket, help

劳工开我的车在NY state吃了个罚单($230). 我们住麻省.当时是开车80mi,限速65. 警察给了单子,没写罚多少,让添了寄去. 劳工单子上承认guilty. 昨天收到:$175 fine, $55 surcharge. Any idea how to reduce this? We can't go to the court.
