今天到车时撞上停在一边的车.

今天到车时撞上停在一边的车.当时有人在场,但都是在远处看几眼,车里没人,是停在那里的.我一急写了个错的电话,就跑了,如果有人举报,或给被撞车主作证我怎么半?我将受什么惩罚?
