您一月份接到法院的通知之後，您的律師是否告知您無需出庭? He did say that I did not to show up.
如果沒有，您為什麼沒有出庭?
如果有，是否告知您新的出庭日期?
Nobody told me the new date of hearing setting
同時四月一日他向您要的文件是什麼 ?
Drive licence and the title of my car
My insurance attorney called me this morning. He said he did contact with judge's secretary and required to change the hearing setting date, and sent all the document to the court. He felt strange that why the judge did not mail him but me. He said that the court made a mistake, and he still made a promise that he will take care of this issue . Can I trust him? Thanks for your kind answer!
