Help on 1099, H-1b,报税问题,谢谢先!

Hi,

I am on H-1b full time at a small company. I got My paycheck with no tax holding from my bad boss and got W2 at end of the year. The problem is that company does not give me 2006 W2, but wants me to file 1099. I know 1099 is problem for my H-1b and GC, but I do not know what I am going to do or how to deal with the bad employer to get my 2006 W2. Please help…
