DRIVER LICENSE SUSPENSION

I got a court summon for reckless driving in Virginia. (88@55) According to state law (Virginia), my license might be suspended for 3~6 months. My current driver license is a Virginia one. I am working in another state (Connecticut). Somebody told me I can change my current Virginia driver license into a Connecticut driver license before the court date. Is it a good idea? Thanks!
