家庭纠纷，警察起诉。如何取消案子？加拿大

我老婆和我吵架，叫了警察，说我打她。她带了婴儿，被安排进政府的庇护所。我
被限制接触。庇护所的人跟我说，我老婆不想告我了，但是警察还是要起诉我。我
老婆不能取消案子了，否则她会被送进监狱。我没有犯罪记录。 我怎么做比较好
