我该如何要回水费?

我房子一楼,以前租给人开洗衣店.LEASE是我和CORPORATION(在纽约成立的)签的.上个月,LEASE到期,我没给续签,他们搬走了.公司也做了关闭.洗衣店没有独立水费帐户.每个季度我出固定的一部分,其余洗衣店出.现在他们搬走了,我收到水费单,有部分是洗衣店该出的,我该怎么把那水费要回??
