谢谢你的答复。我终于下决心分手。我回自己先填表，然后找个律师过目。他的收入是$100,000/year, my is 18,000/year. how much do I ask is fair to him and children.

I understand the final dececion come from jude. But, at this moment I want to know how much should I write on the form. If I want to ask he pay at once, is there any disadvantage about this? Should he pay child support until children 18?
