yeah, you are right, i just want to be partner with him ,but i need use my SSN to register, he don't have it, so i afraid later if this firm have some tax problem, i will get in trouble, actually my friend will operate thie firm, i need more pretection. thanks again,
i am in NYC, we want to register at NYC too, so i will try to contact with SBA. but i think find a chinese lawyer is much better, something we can express it more clear by chinese.
