Are all the lawyers this sloppy?

We hired a lawyer to deal with our immigration issues. He loses documents constantly. He forgets things and NEVER get anything done without being asked over and over again. However, he never forgets to bill us in a timely fashion. I am getting so tired of this guy. It is too late for me to change lawyer. I wonder if all the lawyers this bad.
